Edgewood Neighborhood Plan Update

This year, we updated the Edgewood Neighborhood Plan—first developed in 2009—to reflect today’s needs and guide our community for the next 5–10 years. Our plan was approved by City Council on June 15th, 2026. You can access our plan on the Atlanta Department of City Planning website here or you can review it below:

Focus Groups

November 18th
- Held at Moving in the Spirit (1458 La France Street NE) on Tuesday, November 18th at 9am with a focus on Edgewood businesses and nonprofits.
- Held at Coan Recreation Center (1530 Woodbine Ave SE) on Tuesday, November 18th at 6:30pm during the ONE general meeting.
November 20th
- Held at the Amani Place Community Center (1572 Hardee St NE) on Thursday, November 20th at 5:30pm.
November 24th
- Held at Coan Recreation Center (1530 Woodbine Ave SE) on Monday, November 24th at 9am.
December 8th
- Held at Whitefoord Elementary's Media Center (35 Whitefoord Ave SE) on Monday, December 8th at 5:30pm.

ONE Vote

February 17th
- In-person and virtual at Coan Recreation Center (1530 Woodbine Ave SE) on Tuesday, February 17th at 7pm during the ONE general meeting. ONE approved the draft plan with 78% of the vote

NPU-O Vote

April 28th
- Virtual meeting on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm during the NPU-O general meeting. NPU-O approved the draft plan with >90% of the vote
