About the event
Join ONE’s Community & Belonging Committee for a morning of mindful movement and community connection, led by Heidi Made! Whether you are completely new to Tai Chi or an experienced practitioner, this all-levels outdoor session is designed to help you slow down, center your mind, and gently move your body.
Event Details
Who: Open to all neighbors and experience levels (no prior experience required)
What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. A yoga mat or towel is completely optional.
