Join ONE's Community & Belonging Committee and the Toomer PTA for Edgewood’s Coffee and Sweets meet-up at the Edgewood Garden on SUNDAY, 11/8, from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
We’re shifting a few things for November: moving our usual Saturday gathering to Sunday, swapping traditional donuts for a fresh spread of other breakfast sweets like cinnamon rolls and Diwali treats (they’ll be good, we promise!), and trading our typical trash pickup for a special community project.
This month, we'll focus on spreading mulch along the path connecting Hardee to the Trolley Line Trail. The Toomer PTA (with grant-writing support from Go Georgia) received a mini-grant to celebrate Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day on November 18, and we want this route spruced up and ready in time! Many Toomer families (including the Bike Bus crew!)) use the trail to get to school, and a mulched path will make it much safer…
